Serving the Mid-Cities, Arlington, Irving and Mansfield

House cleaning you don't have to check up on.

We're a small, local house cleaning company. You get a real price the same day, a cleaner we've met and background-checked, and photos on your phone the minute we lock up.

Tell us how many bedrooms and we'll text you a number today. No walkthrough, and nobody standing in your kitchen with a clipboard.

No contracts, ever

Tell us about your house.

Takes about thirty seconds. We'll text you a real number back today, not a range and not a "starting at."

Would rather just talk? Call (817) 555-0142

Every cleaner is background-checked.

Before anyone gets your address, we've run the check and met them face to face. It's a short list on purpose, and it grows slowly.

You get the price before we start.

What we quote you is what you pay. It doesn't creep up because the house took longer than we guessed. That's our problem, not yours.

If we missed something, we come back.

Call or text within a day and we'll come back out and redo it. No charge, and no debate about whether it counts.

How it works.

1

You tell us about the house

Fill out the form or call, whichever you'd rather. It takes about a minute and we don't need to come see the place first.

2

We text you a price and a day

Same day, a real number for your house. If the day we offer doesn't work, say so and we'll find one that does.

3

We show up and get it done

You can be home or not, whatever you're comfortable with. Photos come to your phone when we lock up.

Hi, 3 bedroom in Bedford. Looking for every other week.
Hey Dana, this is OWNER_NAME with Home Cleaners. For a 3 bed on a regular schedule that's EXAMPLE_PRICE a visit, first one a little more since it's the catch-up clean. Thursday the 14th at 10 work?
That works. Do I need to be home?
Only if you want to be. Most people leave a code. We'll text you photos when we lock up.

An example of the text you'd get back. No portal, no app, no sales call.

Why we started this.

You've probably already had the bad version. Somebody who quoted one number and asked for another at the door. Somebody who was supposed to come Thursday, and you found out they weren't coming by looking at an empty driveway at 2pm.

We built this the boring way instead. The owner answers the phone, so you're always talking to someone who knows your house. The cleaners are people we met and checked ourselves, and we wouldn't send anyone to your door we wouldn't send to our own family's.

We're from here, which matters more than it sounds. We know what 183 looks like at 4:45 and what it looks like at 10am, and that a morning in Keller and an afternoon in Grand Prairie are two different days' work. We plan the routes around that, so nobody turns up forty minutes late and rushed.

Three ways people book us.

If you're not sure which one you need, say so on the form. We'll tell you, even when the answer is the cheaper one.

A bright kitchen with wood floors, open shelves and a window over the sink

Regular clean

The keeping-up clean. Kitchen and bathrooms done properly, floors vacuumed and mopped, surfaces wiped, beds made, trash out. The stuff that stops being a whole Saturday if somebody handles it steadily.

Most people put this on every other week.

A small bathroom with a window, a plant on the sill and a checkered tile floor

Deep clean

The one where we get after the things you've been looking at for months. That ring in the shower. Baseboards. Behind the toilet. The top of the fridge, the door tracks, the grime along the edge of the stove that a wipe never touches.

Usually the first visit, or once a year.

A freshly settled living room with a patterned rug, woven pendant lights and a plant by the window

Move-in and move-out

Empty house, so we can get everywhere. Inside the cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and fridge, closet shelves, window sills, all the corners that furniture has been hiding since you signed the lease.

Booked by people with a deposit on the line.

Not sure which one your house needs? Tell us the number of bedrooms and we'll say so straight.

What we actually do while we're there.

Written the way we'd say it to you standing in the hallway, not the way it would read in a contract.

  • Bathrooms done all the way. Tub, shower, that ring, the toilet including behind it.
  • Kitchen counters cleared and wiped, sink scrubbed, outside of the appliances.
  • Inside the microwave, because nobody has ever once wanted to do that.
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped, and we move the light stuff instead of going around it.
  • Beds made, fresh sheets put on if you leave them out.
  • Dusting the things people skip. Baseboards, ceiling fan blades, the tops of door frames.
  • Mirrors and the glass on the doors, done streak-free instead of smeared around.
  • Trash out, new bags in, so you're not finding it later.
  • A quick pick-up of the surface clutter, set in tidy piles. We won't throw out anything.
  • Photos texted over when we're done, so you already know before you pull in.

Here's what we don't do, so it's not a surprise: laundry, dishes left in the sink, pet messes, mold remediation, exterior windows, or anything on a ladder taller than a step stool. If that's what you need, tell us and we'll point you to someone who does it well. We'd rather hand you a good name than take a job we'd do badly.

Beds made, sheets changed if you leave them out
A bedroom with morning light, a wood floor and a patterned rug
Floors done properly, not around things
A lived-in living room with houseplants, a full bookshelf and afternoon light across the floor

If we missed it, we fix it.

Call or text within 24 hours, tell us what we missed, and we come back and redo it at no charge.

We'd rather drive back out for one corner of a bathroom than lose somebody who lives ten minutes away. That's the whole calculation. In a business that runs on neighbors telling neighbors, being annoying to deal with when something goes wrong is the most expensive thing we could possibly do.

You won't have to argue about whether it counts. If it bothered you enough to text us, it counts.

  • Background-checked cleanersChecked and met in person before they ever get your address.
  • InsuredCovered, so an accident is our problem to sort out and not yours.
  • The same cleaner when we can manage itPeople who already know your house do a better job in it. We keep it steady when schedules allow.
  • No contractsBook once, book every two weeks, or stop whenever. Nothing to cancel and nobody to talk you out of it.

Where we go.

We stay in the Mid-Cities on purpose. Keller and Southlake at the top, down through Hurst, Euless and Bedford, east to Irving and Grand Prairie, then south to Arlington and Mansfield. Short routes mean a cleaner isn't sitting on 183 with your 10am turning into an 11:15. They should get there with time to do the job, not time to get through it.

Your town not on the list? Call anyway. If you're anywhere near the edge of it we'll probably say yes, and if you're genuinely out of range we'll tell you honestly rather than take the booking and turn up late and worn out.

Questions people ask us.

If yours isn't here, just call. We'd rather answer it than have you guess.

Do I need to be home?

Only if you want to be. Plenty of people leave a code or a key and go about their day. We text you photos when we lock up, so you know it's done before you pull in.

Who is actually coming into my house?

Someone we've met in person and background-checked before they ever got your address. It's a short list on purpose. When the schedule allows we send the same person each time, because someone who knows your house does a better job in it.

How do I get a price?

Fill in the form or call us. We don't need to come and look at the house first. You'll get a real number back by text the same day, not a range and not a "starting at."

What if something gets missed?

Call or text within 24 hours, tell us what we missed, and we come back and redo it at no charge. You won't have to argue about whether it counts. If it bothered you enough to text us, it counts.

Am I signing a contract?

No. Book us once, book us every two weeks, or stop whenever you like. There's nothing to cancel and nobody who'll try to talk you out of it.

Is there anything you don't do?

Yes, and we'd rather say so up front: no laundry, no dishes left in the sink, no pet messes, no mold, no exterior windows, and nothing that needs a ladder taller than a step stool. Ask us and we'll point you to someone who does it well.

Still not sure? Calling is usually quicker than typing, and you'll get a person, not a menu.

Want to hand this one off?

No pressure and no sales call. Ask us a price, sit on it a week, book us or don't. We'll still be here and we'll still be friendly about it.
